Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 30, 2026

This policy explains what information KeyTestHubs.xyz ("we", "our", "the site") collects and how it is used. By using the site you agree to this policy.

Your key presses stay on your device

The Keyboard Tester runs entirely in your browser. The keys you press are processed locally to light up the on-screen keyboard. We do not record, store or transmit what you type.

Information we collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect names or email addresses through the tools. Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log technical data such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the time of the visit. This is used for security, performance and understanding how the site is used. If you email us, we keep your message and address only to respond to you.

Cookies

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. We and our partners may use cookies to keep the site working, measure traffic and show ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some features may be affected.

Analytics (Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, for example which pages are read, roughly where visitors are located, and which device and browser they use. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects this usage data for us in aggregate. It does not receive what you type into the Keyboard Tester. You can opt out with the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We may display ads served by Google and other third-party vendors. Google uses cookies, including the DoubleClick cookie, to serve ads based on your visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. Learn how Google uses data from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Visitors from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland are shown a consent message so that they can choose whether to allow cookies for personalised ads.

The Internet Speed Test

When you run the Internet Speed Test, your browser sends and receives test data to and from Cloudflare's speed test servers. Like any website you visit, those servers can see your IP address. We do not store your speed test results.

Third-party links

Our pages may link to other websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices, so please read their policies.

Children's privacy

The site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Email us and we will help.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
